Commissions
When you commission original artwork from Inga Orsi:

• A deposit is required before work begins (amount agreed at time of commission)

• The final artwork is delivered upon receipt of full payment

• Inga Orsi retains the copyright to all original artwork unless a licensing agreement is separately negotiated in writing

• Commissioned artwork may be used by Inga Orsi in her portfolio unless otherwise agreed

Shop purchases

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloaded

• For damaged physical items please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence
